Ways to donate
There are several ways to contribute to our hospice, and every donation of any amount is gratefully received.
Contributions of $5,000 or more will be recognized in our Founding Donor Program, with Naming Opportunities available at a variety of donation levels. For one-time or cumulative gifts of $5,000 or more over the next five years, please contact us at aboyneruralhospice@gmail.com to discuss further.

During the Canada Post strike, we can receive donations or written communication at the Upper Grand Family Health Team office (Unit #107), located in the Trailside Medical Centre (6240 Beatty Line N, Fergus).
Send your donation to aboyneruralhospice@gmail.com. Please include your contact information in the note section for tax receipt purposes. For additional information (e.g., In Memoriam details), complete a Donation Form and email it to the same address.
